The Family TVEIT came from Ljosland in Vest Agder Norway, they have changed a 
several times  their surnames.
At first it was LJOSLAND,than Tveit and after that a several persons took the 
surname Pettersen and Petersen,so it was very hard to find the good and safe 
relations.
But I hope that I have found all the family back.
A lot of the family went to the USA early in the 1900 and I have found back 
all the family in the USA and Canada.
And from now on,I will take all the people from Åseral in the family tree 
TVEIT,I hope that you will send me more informations and I like to get more 
photo's from the people in Åseral.
